Plan Description

This exceptionally pleasing Tudor design has a great deal of interior livability to offer its occupants. Use the main entrance, enter into the foyer and begin your journey through this design. To the left of the foyer is the study, to the right, the formal living room. This room accesses the outdoors and is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. A snack bar divides the kitchen from the family room, which also accesses the outdoors plus it contains a fireplace as does the living room. The second floor houses the family's four bedrooms. Up six steps from the utility area is a complete apartment. This is an excellent room for a live-in relative.
