Plan Description

Alternate exteriors--both European style! Stone quoins and shutters give one facade the appearance of a French Country cottage. The other, with keystone window treatment and a copper roof over the bay window creates the impression of a stately French chateau. From the entry, formal living areas are entered through graceful columned openings--living room to the left and dining room to the right. Straight ahead, the comfortable family room awaits with its warming fireplace and cathedral ceiling, offering room to relax and enjoy casual gatherings. The private master suite features a Pullman ceiling, a luxurious bath, and twin walk-in closets. A private lanai is accessed from the master bath. Located nearby, Bedroom 2 serves nicely as a guest room or easily converts to a nursery or study. Two family bedrooms, a connecting bath, handy kitchen, breakfast room, and utility room complete the floor plan.

Mirror Reversed Sets:
$65.00

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
