Plan Description
Compactly designed but containing a lot of living space, it is hard to believe this cute cottage has room for a large family. With the master suite located on the main level, the kids can have free range of the upper level. There is even a study area equipped with a built in desk that is great for the students in the family. The loft bedroom can serve as a 4th bedroom, media room or a play room for the kids. The attic space is partially converted to house an ample supply of closet space for each of the bed rooms. Back on the main level, there is a large, full rocking chair depth front porch and a rear side porch too. The kitchen, which is fully open to the living area, is fully appointed and contains a floor to ceiling pantry but that is not all, there is a walk-in pantry located by the island. The master suite is ample size and has easy access to the rear side porch and the stairwell. In addition to a full bath with a linen closet, a walk-in closet makes this a most practical design. The laundry is conveniently located between the kitchen and the master bath creating a real step saving convenience when delivering clothes to and from the utility room.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
